A list of necessary documents for clearing through customs:

• Authorization for Customs Agency (specimen form enclosed), along with revenue stamps of PLN 15 stuck on the document.
• A copy of a document proving the assignment of Regon number.
• A copy of up-to-date entry in National Court Register, not older than 3 months.
• A copy of a document proving the assignment of NIP number.
• A copy of a bank card with sample signatures.

The copies of the documents set forth in points 2 - 5 must be certified by a notary public, Customs Office or an authority which issued such a document, as true copies.
